What you should know about Jamie:

How Jamie started fishing

Started at age 6 fishing for our faimily dogs in the back yard with a Zebco 33 classic. Then hit the pond scene for Blue Gill & Bass.

Aspirations or goals with fishing

Favorite way to fish

Top Water & Flippin Bushes on KY LK

Most exciting fishing experience

Any day on the water is exciting ! The most memorable day was in April 2015 only had 3 fish in livewell with only 45 min.  left in tour. Hit one more area with bushes. A strong storm rolled in . Like a light switch, it was on "POW" !  I caught 2 fish 2 flips ... 7.21 & 5.5 lbs to finish limit.

How Jamie preps for a tournament

Research past history or present fishing info for the body of water you are going to fish. What type of lake ,season , water clarity, forage and structure . Pre practice and fish the conditions, know what the weather predictions are. Be prepaired ! Dont over think it, go with your Bass senses. Keep a positive attitude.

Three favorite search baits

Crank bait, swim bait, spinner bait and rattle trap.

Best tournament finish and what you did that day when you were fishing.

Most challenging part of tournament fishing

When you have fished for 3 hours and not a bite ... WTH !

When tournaments don't go my way

I never give up, always trying to make something happen . Keep moving , you never know when things can change in the last few minutes.
