Greg Salley takes Division 40 Two Day Tournament \On May 30 & 31 2020 the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour Division 40 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers was held on Kentucky Lake out of the New Johnsonville ramp. Seventeen of the anglers who had qualified to fish the two-day tournament found a tough bite this weekend. No limits were brought to the scales either day. |
Jamie Sellers wins Division 40 Tournament on Kentucky Lake On Saturday May 16, sixteen anglers launched from Lucas Harbor ramp in New Johnsonville, TN. These anglers found it to be a tough bite with only one angler bringing in a five fish limit to the scales. Jamie Sellers from Burns, TN brought 5 fish to the scales weighing 10.35 lbs. Jamie won $451 for this first place finish. |
Graidon Hensley Take the win on Kentucky Lake On a record setting cold May 9th morning 18 anglers launched from Lucas Harbor ramp in New Johnsonville, TN. Only two anglers brought a 5 fish bag to the scales in the afternoon. One angler was Graidon Hensley from New Johnsonville, TN. This young man who was fishing his first ABA Division 40 tournament brought in 5 fish topping the scales at 15.01 lbs. This weight anchored by the big fish of the tournament gave Graidon first place. His first-place winnings were $500. His 5.65 lb. big fish of the tournament also netted him $180. |
Brian Choate wins Division 40 Tournament on Kentucky Lake On April 26, 2020 twenty-five anglers launched from Lucas Harbor ramp in New Johnsonville, TN. This windy day made fishing tough and no angler brought a limit to the scales and only 10 anglers weighed in fish. When the scales closed Brian Choate from Burns, TN took the victory with four fish weighing 12.50 lbs. For the win, Brian took home $620 in prize money. |
Larry Franklin takes win on Kentucky Lake On March 28, 2020, Larry Franklin of Waverly, TN won the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour Division 40 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers. Larry brought in one of only two 5 fish limits for the tournament. His five fish tipped the scales at 18.60 lbs. His weight was anchored by a big kicker that weighed 6.95 lbs. which gave him the big fish of the tournament. For the victory Larry took home $451 for first place and $150 for big fish. |

Jason Miller Wins on Kentucky Lake On October 5, Jason Miller of Bon Aqua, TN for the second tournament in a row won the American Fishing Tour (AFT) Division 40 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers (ABA).

Eddie Scott takes Division 40 Championship Fishing on May 18 and May 19, Eddie Scott of Waverly, TN won the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour Division 40 two-day tournament championship presented by American Bass Anglers. Running out of Birdsong Marina near Camden, TN, Eddie brought in a two-day total of 9.10 lbs. He caught two fish each day of the championship. For the victory, Eddie took home $850. |

Six of those anglers brought back fish to the scales, but only 1 five fish limit was weighed in. When the scales closed Mark W. Wakefield from Ashland City, TN took the victory with 14.12 lbs. For the win Mark took home $376 in prize money. |
Eric Hensley Takes the win on Kentucky Lake On March 30, eleven anglers braved the strong winds to fish Kentucky Lake at New Johnsonville, TN. Eric Hensley of New Johnsonville, TN won the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour Division 40 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers. Running out of Lucas Harbor ramp in New Johnsonville, Tn Eric brought back two fish that locked in the scales at 6.31 lb. For the victory, Eric took home $376. |
Phil Cannady Takes the win on Ky Lake On April 6, 2019, 23 anglers took off from Lucas Harbor Ramp in New Johnsonville and at the end of the day Phil Cannady won the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Tour Division 40 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers. Phil brought back 3 fish that locked in the scales at 13.95 pounds anchored by the big fish of the tournament at 4.87 lbs. For the victory, Phil took home $579 for first and $230 for big fish. |
Tom O’Bryant wins Division 40 Tournament on Kentucky Lake On March 23, 2019 on Kentucky Lake, 20 anglers launched from the Lucas Harbor Ramp near New Johnsonville, TN. Only one angler brought back a five-fish limit to the scales and when the scales closed Tom O’Bryant from Cedar Grove, TN took the victory with 16.86-lbs.
