Wagner Takes the win on Old Hickory
The 2020 Bass Pro Shops Central Tennessee Open Series made its 3rd stop on Old Hickory Lake at Flippers with 44 boaters and 27 co-anglers. Finishing in 1st place with 5 fish weighing 15.98 lbs. was Adam Wagner winning $2,300. He caught his fish flipping boat docks and a square bill crankbait.
Tennessee Central To Old Hickory
June 15, 2020, Athens, AL. June 20 ABA and Bass Pro Shops will host a Open Series tournament on Old Hickory Lake out of Gallatin, TN. This is the second for the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Tennessee Centrail Division will be held. The tournament will launch out of Flippers Bait and Tackle, 200 Odoms Bend Rd. Gallatin, TN, 37066.
In June of 2018, Tim Messer of Hendersonville,TN brought five-fish to the scales weighing in at 17.15-pounds with a kicker fish of 4.84-pounds. For his victory, he took home a check of $5000.
Hunter Bouldin Takes the win on Center Hill
ATHENS, Ala. – The 2020 Bass Pro Shops Central Tennessee Open Series held its second Tournament of the season on Center Hill at Ragland Bottom. Hunter Bouldin took 1st place for the Boaters with 5 fish weighing 15.04 lbs. He took home $2,300 for his 1st place finish. Hunter also landed the biggest bass for the boaters with a nice 3.84lb bass, he took home an additional $420 for that fish. He caught his fish swim baits and Carolina rigging and flipping.
Center Hill Double Header
May 6, 2020, Athens, AL. May 16 and 17 ABA will host a special doubleheader weekend for central Tennessee on Center Hill Lake in Sparta, TN. On Saturday, the second Bass Pro Shops Open Series Central Tennessee Division tournament will be held. On Sunday, the second Bass Pro Shops Open Triton Team Tour for Central Tennessee will be held. Both events will launch from Ragland Bottoms Launch at Ragland Bottom Rd. Sparta, Tennessee 38583.
Duane Wardlaw Takes the win on Percy Priest
ATHENS, Ala. – The 2020 Bass Pro Shops Central Tennessee Open Series Tournament kicked off on Percy Priest Lake at Fate Sanders Ramp with 47 boaters and 28 co-anglers. Finishing in 1st place Boater with 5 fish weighing 20.44 lbs. was Duane Wardlaw winning $2,400. He caught his fish using an Alabama Rig. Duane also landed the biggest bass for the boaters with a nice 8.35-lb beauty, earning him an extra $460.
Silverstrim wins $1800 at Old Hickory
ATHENS, Ala. – Eric Silverstrim, of Indian Mound, TN, won the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Central Tennessee tournament, held on May the 11th on Old Hickory. Running out of Sander’s Ferry Silverstrim squeaked out a win with just a 0.15-pound lead. Silverstrim caught five bass weighing 12.89-pounds. For the Boater Division victory, Silverstrim took home a check for $1800.
Johnson wins $2600 for Open Series on Percy Priest
ATHENS, Ala. – Daniel Johnson of Lebanon, TN won the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Central Tennessee tournament, held March 31st on Percy Priest. Running out of Fate Sanders, Johnson caught five bass weighing 20.99 pounds. For the Boater Division victory, Daniel took home a check for $2600.
Wagner wins $2300 on Center Hill
ATHENS, Ala. – Adam Wagner of Scottsboro, AL won the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Central Tennessee tournament, held March 23rd on Center Hill. Running out of Ragland Bottom, Wagner caught five bass weighing 17.61-pounds. For the Boater Division victory, he took home a check for $2300.
Central Tennessee Open Series on Percy Priest Lake
ATHENS, Ala. – The Central Tennessee Division of the 2019 Bass Pro Shops Open Series operated by American Bass Anglers will hold its 2nd tournament of the season on March 31, 2019 on Percy Priest in Mt. Juliet, TN. The competitors will launch at Fate Sanders Ramp located at 3157 Weakley Lane, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. Registration begins at 4 p.m. local time at with the tournament briefing to begin at Fate Sanders Ramp at 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening.
Percy Priest Tournament Rescheduled
Athens, AL - The season opener for the Bass Pro Shops Open Series Tennessee Central Division has been rescheduled due to high water levels and unsafe boating conditions. The lake is already 2 foot above Summer Pool, and those levels are expected to continue to rise. All the rain runoff has pushed out a lot of logs and debris into the lake creating an unsafe boating environment. Angler safety is our number one priority and in the best interest of our anglers the tournament has been rescheduled to March 31, 2019. The rescheduled tournament will still launch from Fate Sanders Marina.

The Central Tennessee Division will hold its last tournament of the 2018 season on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, Tennessee on Saturday, June 16, 2018.
Boats will launch from Sanders Ferry Park at 513 Sanders Ferry Rd., Hendersonville, TN 37075. Anglers will blast-off will be at 5:15 a.m. or safe light. The weigh-in will be at 2:00 p.m. Registration will be held at Sanders Ferry Park on Friday, June 15, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. with a meeting following at 6:30 p.m.
Wells Takes the Win at Old Hickory
John Wells of Nashville, Tennessee won the American Bass Anglers Open held on Old Hickory Saturday May 5th, 2018. Running out of Sanders Ferry Park the forecast was heavy rain all day but that didn’t stop Wells from dropping 13.92 pounds on the scales to claim the victory and earning a check for $5,000.

The Tennessee Central Division of the American Bass Anglers Open Series will hold its Third tournament of the season on May 5, 2018, on Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
The competitors will launch at Sanders Ferry Park, located at 513 Sanders Ferry Rd Hendersonville, Tennessee. Registration begins at 4 p.m. at the tournament trailer set up at the park on Friday, May 4, 2018. Anglers will blast off Saturday morning at 6:15 a.m. or safe light. The weigh-in will begin at 3:00 p.m..
Carper Takes the Win at Percy Priest
Brian Carper of Murfreesboro, Tennessee won the second event of the Tennessee Central Open Series. Running out of Fate Sanders Marina, Carper won the tournament with five bass that weighed 20.07 pounds and took home the $5000 prize for his win.
