Worsham and Rutler Win on Chickamauga
Saturday was an amazing day to fish. The team of Greg Worsham and Kaitlin Rutler placed first out of 17 teams in the April 23rd American Couples Series tournament on Chickamauga.
1st Place - Greg Worsham and Katilin Rutter - 26.26 pounds Five Fish
2nd Place - David and Pat Dennis - 16.08 Five Fish
3rd Place - Seth Davis and Brittney Pelfrey - 15.11 Five Fish
Ladie's Big Bass Winner was Kaitlin Rutter - 9.24 pounds
Men's Big Bass Winner was David Dennis - 8.15 pounds
We are definitely growing and are hoping for at least 20 boats for our next Couples Tourney on May 21st at Chester Frost. Again, thanks everyone for coming out to play!
All ABA American Couples Series events involve a team format with each team composed of one man and one woman. Although many married couples compete together as teams, some teams consist of boyfriend and girlfriend combinations, parent-child combinations or just two friends. Contestants between 12 and 18 years old may participate with a parent’s written permission.
The top angling couples from across the nation earn the right to compete in the annual American Bass Anglers Couples Series National Championship tournament.

Team Tour Championship Postponed
Out of an overabundance of caution The Team Tour Championship that was scheduled for 10/10-11/2020 on Wheeler Lake has be postponed. The National Weather Service is forecasting winds of 10-20 mph with gust up to 35mph for Saturday, and winds of 10-15 mph with gust up to 20 mph Sunday. The safety of our anglers is the number on concern and factor when making the tough decisions on postponing a tournament. The new dates for the Team Tour Championship will be November 21-22 on Wheeler Lak
