When the scales closed, Douglas Hayes Pate of Nauvoo, AL, took the victory with five fish weighing a total of 20.20 pounds. For the victory, Pate took home $425 in prize money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second place was claimed by Garrett Sullivan of Deatsville, AL, with five fish and a total weight of 17.31 pounds. For his efforts, Sullivan took home $212 in prize money plus another $65 for Big Bass, a 4.48-pound lunker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next tournament in this division will take place on March 7, 2026, launching from Cooter\u2019s Pond Park Boat Ramp on the Alabama River.
