3/7/2026, Lake Toho – Micah Silverman takes first-place win for American Fishing Tour Division 21 tournament held at Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, 3/7/2026. The event, part of the American Fishing Tour, attracted 30 anglers from central Florida, all competing for cash and important divisional and national points.
Micah found the winning quality of bass with a total weight of 22.66 pounds. This exceptional 5 fish limit earned him the first-place cash prize of $680.00. Micah’s bag was anchored by a 6.67-pound bass securing him the tournament’s second big bass award of $140.00
In Second place, and only 4 ounces away from first, was Andrew Hall who had a 5 bass limit weighing in at 22.23 pounds. Andrew received $424.00 for his second-place finish. Andrew also weighed in the big bass for this event, receiving an additional $420.00 for his effort.

In third place, David Kilbury with a total catch of 16.72 pounds. He was awarded $157.00.00 for his efforts. David’s 5 bass was anchored by a stout 6.63-pound bass.

In fourth place, Charles Tucker celebrated his catch of 15.54 pounds with an award of $123.00.
Fifth place honors go to Hojin Chang with 13.41 pounds, and was awarded $86.00.
Spring has sprung on Florida waters with bright sunny skies and waters warming up in the mind 70’s. Based on comments from anglers, “fishing was very good” throughout the day. The bass were in varying states of spawn with some coming in, some going out, and some just hanging out near vegetation. Anglers noted that lily pads held quality fish. And shared presentations included speed worms, chatter baits, jerk baits, and just about anything with a hook in it were used.
