October 19, 2025 — Lake Sinclair, GA. Jason Gunn of Rutledge, GA claimed victory at the American Fishing Tour Division 72 event held October 19, 2025 on Lake Sinclair. Gunn brought a five-bass limit to the scale weighing 13.76 pounds to earn the first-place trophy and a $738 payday. His bag was anchored by a 5.20-pound largemouth, which also secured the Big Bass award and an additional $340 plus the Big Bass trophy.
Lake Sinclair — a mid-sized impoundment on the Oconee River near Milledgeville — is widely known for its consistent bass fishing, stained water, abundant shoreline cover, and warm-water discharge areas that keep fish active year-round. Fall tournaments on Sinclair are often decided by one or two key bites, and this event was no exception.
Grant Kelly of Milledgeville, GA, finished close behind with 13.24 pounds to earn the second-place trophy and $464. His bag included a quality 4.03-pound bass.

A field of 34 anglers competed for the top five payout positions with total cash awards reaching $1,665.
