Dennis Prickett Claims Victory on the Tensaw River

March 22, 2025 – Mobile, AL: Dennis Prickett of Mobile secured a hard-earned victory during the American Fishing Tour Division 41 tournament hosted by American Bass Anglers. Launching from Cliff’s Landing Boat Launch near Bay Minette, AL, Prickett weighed in a solid five-fish limit totaling 7.54 pounds, led by an impressive 3.07-pound bass. His winning performance earned him a prize of $294, along with an additional $30 for capturing Big Bass honors.

Gary Criswell of Molino, AL, finished closely behind in second place, presenting a five-fish limit weighing 7.13 pounds.

The Tensaw River, known for its diverse ecosystem and scenic beauty, offers challenging and rewarding conditions for anglers. Its abundant backwaters, oxbow lakes, and tributaries create ideal habitats for bass, making it a favored destination for competitive and recreational anglers alike.

Additionally, the top 500 anglers across all divisions qualify for the highly anticipated ABA AFT National Championship scheduled for October 8-10, 2025, at Lake Eufaula, Alabama.
