Jason Dies wins at Old Hickory Lake 2-day

October 4 – 5, 2025, Old Hickory Lake – Jason Dies from Lebanon, TN claimed victory at the American Bass Anglers Team Series Division 18, 2-day tournament held on Saturday, October 4 – Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Old Hickory Lake.

Dies topped the leaderboard with a total catch of 13.20 pounds, anchored by a standout 4.70 pound bass.  His impressive performance earned him first place and a total cash payout of $720.

Jason caught them cranking deeper water structure under balls of shad, assisted by throwing a jig.

In second place, Ben Ballow and John Wilkerson secured their spot with a total weight of 9.60 pounds.  The Team of Ballou and Wilkerson also secured the Central TN Division 18 ‘Team Points Championship’.

In third place, Kevin Jones Jr. from Ft. Campbell, KY, and Scott Marshall from Lebanon, TN brought in a total of 2.13 pounds.

Big Bass Award

The Big Bass of the tournament was caught by Jason Dies, weighing in at 4.70 pounds.
This catch earned them a separate cash prize of $30.

Looking Ahead

The next ABA Team Series Division 18 event is scheduled for November 01, 2025, on J. Percy Priest Lake. Launch and weigh-in will be held at Fate Sanders Marina in Smyrna, TN.
