Off-limits: Midnight May 10th through Safelight May 16th
Official Practice Days: May 16th through May 20th at 3PM CST
Official Tournament Days: May 21, 22, 23
On-Site Registration – 3:00-5:00 pm – Wednesday, May 20th – FEMA Building next to the Town Hall – 215 Industrial Blvd, Leesburg, AL 35983. (DD214 or Military ID will be checked)
Onsite Mandatory Briefing and Dinner: 5:30 pm Wednesday, May 20th – FEMA Building next to the Town Hall – 215 Industrial Blvd, Leesburg, AL 35983
Competition Days:Â
Thursday, May 21st – Take off at Safelight with a weigh-in at 3pm.Â
Friday, May 22nd – Take off at safe light with weigh-in at 3pm. Â
Saturday, May 23 – Take off at safe light with weigh-in at 2pm
Creel Limit: The official length – 15in for Largemouth and 12in for Spotted bass.
License Information: Alabama fishing license required. (Weiss Lake does not have a reciprocal agreement)
Alabama Boater Safety Certificate: Effective October 1, 2024: Nonresidents may operate a vessel upon the waters of this state only after obtaining a valid boater safety certification or vessel operator’s certification issued in his or her home state or country, or after obtaining a Nonresident Alabama Boater Safety Certification upon examination and certification under the same terms and conditions as Alabama residents.

All boat owners must provide a copy of their insurance declaration noting a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance. Failure to register onsite will result in disqualification.
