Raymond Trudeau Wins on Lake Toho

November 2, 2024, Kissimmee, FL – Raymond Trudeau captured his first victory of the 2025 season at the American Fishing Tour Division 21 tournament, held on November 2, 2024, at the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. The event drew a full field of dedicated anglers competing for cash prizes and vital points in both divisional and national standings.

Trudeau led the pack with an impressive total catch of 19.34 pounds, earning him the top prize of $539. Along with the win, Trudeau also claimed the tournament’s Biggest Bass award with a standout 7.11-pound catch, which earned him an additional cash bonus of $420.

Micah Silverman secured second place with a total catch of 15.58 pounds, highlighted by a notable 5.59-pound bass. His skillful efforts earned him a prize of $317. Peter Ferrentino claimed third place with a solid performance, weighing in a total of 14.56 pounds and receiving $101.

In fourth place, Charles Nelson III celebrated his 11.68-pound catch, taking home $72. Rounding out the top competitors were Mike Calloway in fifth place with 11.14 pounds and Joseph Horyza in sixth with 11.01 pounds, each adding to the event’s competitive spirit.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA AFT National Championship tournament to be held in October 2025 on Lake Eufaula.

These tournaments are crucial for anglers as they accumulate points toward the coveted Divisional Angler of the Year title. Points champions from each division will compete in the American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of the Year Final Round, held at the AFT Championship. Additionally, the top 500 anglers from all divisions will qualify for the three-day ABA AFT National Championship, taking place next October on Lake Eufaula.
