Paul Ham Take Win at Clarks Hill

April 6, 2025 – McCormick, SC – Paul Ham of West Columbia, South Carolina, secured a first-place finish at the American Fishing Tour Division 25 – South Carolina Northwest event, held at the Dorn Fishing Facility on Clarks Hill Lake. The tournament drew a competitive field of anglers vying for cash prizes and valuable points toward divisional and national rankings.

Ham led the field with a five-fish limit weighing 15.56 pounds, highlighted by a 5.27-pound largemouth—the tournament’s Big Bass. His performance earned him the first-place prize of $432 and a $75 Big Bass bonus.

Zach Green of Elberton, Georgia, finished in second place with 12.66 pounds, including a 4.07-pound catch. Green earned $223 for second place and an additional $84 as the first-place option pot winner, bringing his total earnings to $307.

Rounding out the top three was Don Kneece of Saluda, South Carolina, who weighed in 11.08 pounds, anchored by a 4.10-pound bass. Kneece received $79 for third place, plus $56 from the second-place option pot, for a total of $135.

Other top finishers included Billy Anglin, Russell Dobbins, and Phil Morris, each putting in strong performances and finishing among the top six.

Division 25 anglers will return to action on April 27, 2025, for the next event at Lake R.B. Russell. The tournament will launch from the Highway 72 Ramp in Elberton, Georgia.
