September 28, 2025, McCormick, SC – Brody Manley from Pendleton, SC, won the American Fishing Tour Division 25 – South Carolina Northwest season opener. The event took place on September 28 at Dorn Fishing Facility on Clark’s Hill Lake.
Manley topped the competition with a total catch of 13.86 pounds, including several quality bass. His performance earned him first place and a prize of $651. He also received an extra $156 from the first-place option pot, bringing his total winnings to $807.
Don Kneece from Saluda, SC, came in a close second with 13.49 pounds, featuring a notable 5.15-pound fish. He earned $404 for second place and $104 from the option pot, totaling $508.

In third place, Phillip Anderson, also from Saluda, SC, recorded 13.23 pounds of solid fish and took home $137.

Other notable anglers included Russell Dobbins, Joey Miller, and Roy Stuart, who all finished in the top six.



The Big Bass award went to Andy Lake for catching a 5.92-pound largemouth, winning him a $140 prize.
