November 22, 2025, Prattville, AL. Twenty-five anglers launched from the State Park Ramp near Wetumpka, AL, with eleven of those anglers bringing back five-fish limits. When the scales closed, Douglas Hayes Pate of Nauvoo, AL, took the victory with 20.70 pounds. For the victory, Pate took home $620 in prize money.
Second place was claimed by Travis Roderick Day of Hope Hull, AL, with five and a total weight of 16.02 pounds. For his efforts, Day took home $375 in prize money.
Andrew McCraney of Tallassee, AL took third with five and a total weight of 15.88 pounds. He took home $130 in prize money.
Fourth place was Gary Howell of Fultondale, AL, with five weighing 14.13 pounds, anchored by a 4.70-pound Big Bass. Howell took home $101 in prize money plus another $125 for Big Bass.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament to be held in October 2026 on Pickwick Lake, AL.
