Jacob Wilcox of Madison, GA, takes the win at the AFT D72 tournament held February 21, 2026 on Lake Sinclair. Wilcox had a five bass limit that weighed 18.43 pounds to take home the first place trophy and $785 cash. He anchored his sack with a 5.30 pound bass.
Mark Whidby of Haddock, GA secured the second place trophy and $504 cash with a scale weight of 17.74 pounds for his 5 bass limit. He brought a 6.57 pounder to the scale.

Aaron Batson of White Plains, GA won the Big Bass trophy and optional Big Bass pot of $400 cash for a 6.67 pound largemouth bass.

The turnout of 40 anglers were competing for the top six places with payouts totaling $1,960.

After the awards of trophies and cash payouts, draw prizes were given to the anglers present. Three $50 bills were won by Les Charles, Thomas Smith, and Tony Wooten. A $200 gift certificate for a custom built Kissel Krafts rod was won by Alan Swink.
