Justin Raines Wins on Hartwell

HARTWELL, GA, October 22, 2023 –Anglers from the American Fishing Tour Division 25- South Carolina Northwest tournament fished in excellent weather on Lake Hartwell October 22, 2023.  Justin Raines of Easley, SC, emerged as the winner of the event held at the Gum Branch Tournament Facility, Hartwell, GA. Raines brought in a limit of bass weighing a total of 16.65 lbs. 

Parker Guy of Ocilla, GA, secured the second position with a five-fish limit, culminating in a total weight of 15.06 lbs. 

Bradley Day of Anderson, SC, clinched the third spot with a limit weighing 13.86 lbs.

Russell Clarke of Abbeville, SC took big bass with 5.54 lbs.

The forthcoming tournament within this division is scheduled for November 18, 2023, on Lake Russell launching out of Hwy 72 ramp, located at County Rd. 381, Elberton, GA 30635. It is worth noting that these dedicated anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional Angler of the Year title. Furthermore, the top 500 anglers across various divisions will earn the privilege of competing in the prestigious three-day ABA 2024 AFT National Championship tournament.
